近红外线检测血瘀证豚鼠脑血与氧相关性的研究
Study on relativity of blood and oxygen in pars encephalica of Guinea pig with syndrome of blood stasis detected with near infrared ray
【摘要】 目的探讨血瘀证时血与氧含量的相关性。方法利用美国产的RunMan仪检测豚鼠正常时、血瘀证时脑部血与氧含量,采集其血氧波形并用MATLAB软件处理分析。结果正常时脑组织血、氧波形规则,对应性好,互相关函数系数均值为-0.867±0.288;血瘀证时血、氧波形紊乱,对应性差,互相关函数系数均值为-0.560±0.407,两者比较有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论组织血氧含量关系变化时,其血氧波形及其互相关函数也发生变化,通过观察血、氧波形及其互相关函数的变化可以为判断血瘀证的存在与程度提供一些依据。
【Abstract】 Objective It is to discuss the relativity of blood and oxygen content at blood stasis state.Methods The contents of blood and oxygen in pars encephalica of Guinea pig were detected at normal state and blood stasis state with RunMan instrument made in American.Then the waves of blood and oxygen had been collected and analyzed with MATLAB software. Results The waves of blood and oxygen in pars encephalica were regular and relative at normal state and the mean of cross correlation coefficient was-0.867±0.288.The waves of blood and oxygen in pars encephalica were irregular and irrelative at blood stasis state and the mean of cross correlation coefficient was-0.560±0.407.There was significant difference between them(P<0.05).Conclusion The waves of blood and oxygen and the cross correlation function can change when the relativity of blood and oxygen content changes.It may be offered some bases for the existence and degree of blood stasis diagnosed through observing the waves of blood and oxygen and the change of the cross correlation function.
