【摘要】 目的观察泼尼松联合中药分阶段辨证治疗对儿童肾病综合征及激素不良反应的疗效。方法将159例肾病综合征患儿随机分为泼尼松组(对照组)及泼尼松加中药组(治疗组),观察2组治疗后疗效、激素不良反应、免疫球蛋白、T淋巴细胞亚群、血脂及纤维蛋白原(FIB)的变化。结果治疗组完全缓解率(87.7%)及总有效率(98.1%)均显著高于对照组(71.7%和86.8%)(P<0.01),治疗组复发率(12.5%)与对照组(31.2%)比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。柯兴现象及继发感染情况比对照组轻,且治疗后免疫球蛋白、T细胞亚群、血脂及FIB均明显改善。结论泼尼松联合中药分阶段辨证治疗可以明显减轻激素不良反应,调整免疫功能,改善血脂紊乱及高凝血血症,提高疗效,减少复发,不失为治疗儿童肾病综合征的一种较好的中西医结合治疗方案。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective It is to observe the curative effect of Prednisone combined with traditional Chinese medicine on child with hydropigenous nephritis according to stage and symptom and the anti-function on untoward reaction of hormone.Methods 159 children with hydropigenous nephritis were randomly divided into control group given Prednisone and treatment group given Prednisone combine with traditional Chinese medicine.The curative effect,untoward reaction of hormone and the changes of immunoglobulin,T lymphocyte subpopulation,blood lipid and Fib were observed after treatment.Results Completing anesis rate(87.8%) and total effective rate of treatment group were significantly higher than those in control group(71.7% and 86.6% respectively),the differences were significant(P<0.01).Relapse rate of treatment group(12.5%) was lower than that of control group(31.2%)(P<0.01).Untoward reaction and secondum infection were less in treatment group than those in control group,and immunoglobulin,T lymphocyte subpopulation,blood lipid and Fib were improved obviously.Conclusion Prednisone combined with traditional Chinese medicine according to stage and symptom can obviously relieve untoward reaction of hormone,improve immune function,disorder of blood lipid and hypercoagulabale state,strengthen the curative effect and decrease the relapse,so it is a good therapy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine for child with hydropigenous nephritis.更多还原
