【摘要】 目的探讨同型半胱氨酸(Homocysteine,Hcy),超敏C反应蛋白(usCRP)与2型糖尿病(T2DM)伴发糖尿病肾病(DN)的关系。方法根据24 h尿白蛋白排泄率(UAER)将102例2型糖尿病患者分为正常蛋白尿组(46例)、微量蛋白尿组(30例)、临床蛋白尿组(26例)。另选30例作为正常对照组。采用颗粒增强免疫法测定usCRP,化学发光法测定Hcy。结果2型糖尿病各组血清Hcy、usCRP水平较正常对照组明显升高,且其二者水平均随白蛋白尿的增加而升高。结论Hcy及usCRP与糖尿病肾病有关,且其水平与糖尿病肾病的程度呈一致性。它们的水平可作为糖尿病肾病病情监测指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective It is to discuss the relationship of homocysteine(Hcy) and ultrasensitive C-reactive protein(usCRP) with type 2 diabetic(T2DM) concomitant with diabetic nephropathy(DN).Methods 102 patients with T2DM were divided into normal proteinuria group(46 cases),microalbuminuria group(30 cases) and clinical proteinuria group(26 cases) according to 24 h urinary albumin excretion rate(UAER).30 normal persons were chosen in normal control group.Then usCRP was detected with augmented particle immunization and Hcy was detected with chemiluminescence method.Results The serum levels of Hcy and usCRP in T2DM groups were obviously higher than that in normal control group,and the levels were heightened with the increment of albuminuria.Conclusion Hcy and usCRP have relationship with DN,and their levels are correlated with the degree of DN.The levels of Hcy and usCRP can be used as the pathogenetic condition monitoring index of DN.更多还原
