【摘要】 寒凉派的创始人刘完素,钻研《内经》35 a,“大有开悟”,著《素问玄机原病式》,尤其对病机十九条中火热病机,将原有的14项,推衍扩大为57条。对妄、谵、笑、悲、惑、惊等情志病病机病证分别发挥,强调火热是造成心理疾病的主要病机。若怒、喜、悲、思、恐五志过劳,伤及本脏,则五志皆可化热。其建立天水散、凉膈散、防风通圣散等,以水制火,以寒制热,则脏腑气平而静顺,以治五志之热。更多还原

【Abstract】 LIU Wan-su who was the founder of cold and cool clique studied "Neijing" intensively for 35 years and comprehended it well.He wrote "Suwen-Xuanji-yuanbingshi" in which 14 items of fire-heat pathogenesis,one of 19 item-pathogenesis,were expanded to 57 items.He also expounded the pathogenesis and syndromes of diseases due to excitation of seven emotions such as delirium,laugh,sorrow,puzzle and terror,and emphasized that fire-heat was the may cause of mental illness.If the five emotions of anger,joy,sorrow,anxiety and terror were excessive and hurt aetio-viscus,they could all caused heat syndromes.According to the therapeutical principle of water restricting fire and cold restricting heat,he made the preparations such as Tianshui powder,Liangge powder,FangfengTongsheng powder to could calm Qi of Zang-fu and treat for heat syndromes induced by the five emotions.更多还原
