【摘要】 目的探讨小青龙汤配合西药治疗哮证(冷哮型)的疗效。方法120例住院及门诊的冷哮型(支气管哮喘)患者随机分为以中药小青龙汤为主的治疗组和单纯西药治疗的对照组,比较观察2组治疗后的情况。结果治疗组总有效率比对照组高,起效时间稍慢,但没有明显不良反应。结论将西医用药和中医扶正固本结合起来的治疗效果明显优于单用西药,同时无疑可以减少各自的不良反应,并且这种中西医结合治疗也必将随着中医药现代化进程取得更加长足发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective It is to discuss the curative effect of Xiaoqinglong decoction combined with western medicine on asthma(cold asthma type).Methods 120 cases bronchus asthma in patient and outpatient were randomly divided into treatment group which was treated with integrated traditional Chinese medicine Xiaoqinglong decoction and western medicine and control group which was treated with simple western medicine.Then the situation after treated was observed.Results The total effective rate of treatment group was higher than that of control group.The emergence time of curative effect in treatment group was slightly slower than that in control group,but there was no obvious untoward reaction in treatment group.Conclusion The curative effect of Xiaoqinglong decoction combined with western medicine on asthma(cold asthma type) is better than simple western medicine,and at the same time it can undoubtedly reduce the untoward reaction,and this kind of therapy will obtain tremendous development with traditional Chinese medicine modernization course.更多还原
