【摘要】 目的观察中药复方金三莪抗肝硬化的疗效及对肠通透性的影响。方法选取85例乙型肝炎肝硬化患者,随机分为2组。对照组采用护肝、支持和防治并发症等综合处理,中药组在综合治疗基础上加用中药金三莪复方煎剂。观察治疗前后2组患者肝功能指标、Child-Pugh积分、血浆D-乳酸、二胺氧化酶(DAO)及内毒素水平的变化。结果2组患者治疗后肝功能各项指标、Child-Pugh积分、血浆D-乳酸、DAO及内毒素水平均较治疗前有明显的好转(P<0.05),但中药组患者治疗后TBil及PTA 2项指标的好转、Child-Pugh积分、血浆D-乳酸、DAO及内毒素水平的下降均较对照组更为显著(P<0.05)。结论中药复方金三莪有明显的抗肝硬化疗效,同时阻止了肠通透性的增加,减少了肠源性内毒素血症的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective It is to observe the influence of traditional Chinese medicine complex prescription Jinsan’e on intestinal permeability in patients with liver cirrhosis.Methods 85 cases of patients with type B hepatitis and liver cirrhosis were randomly divided into two groups.Control group was treated with integration therapy such as protecting liver,supportive treatment and preventing complication.Traditional Chinese medicine group was given complex prescription Jinsan’e on the basis treatment above.The changes of indexes of liver function,Child-Pugh scoring,plasma D-lactate,diamine oxidase(DAO) and endotoxin level in the two groups were observed before and after treatment.Results Indexes of liver function,Child-Pugh scoring,plasma D-lactate,DAO and endotoxin level in the both groups after treatment were improved obviously than those before treatment(P<0.05),but the improvements of Tbil,PTA,Child-Pugh scoring,plasma D-lactate,DAO and endotoxin level in traditional Chinese medicine group after treatment were better than those in control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine complex prescription Jinsan’e has a significant effect on liver cirrhosis,and can prevent the increase of intestinal permeability and reduce the occurrence of intestine-genetic endotoxemia.更多还原
