环己烷-环己醇/酮蒸馏系统的节能研究

【摘要】 以环己烷单效蒸馏系统的实际操作为依据,应用Aspen Plus软件对环己烷单效蒸馏系统进行模拟和节能改造,并对改造后出现的操作问题进行了分析和讨论,确定出常-减压双效精馏改造方案。模拟优化结果为:前塔进料板位置为第10块板,回流比为0.52;后塔进料板位置为第6块板,在处理量相同情况下,常-减压蒸馏比单效蒸馏节约蒸汽量6.01 t/h,节能35%。

【Abstract】 In this paper,distillation simulation and energy-saving revamping of single effect distillation system for cyclohexane were completed by using Aspen Plus software according to its practical operation.The operation problems after the modification were analyzed and discussed,and the double-effect distillation revamping measures of normal-decompress were confirmed.The optimal results showed that the feed stage of anterior tower was on the tenth board with reflux ratio 0.52,and the feed stage of back tower was on the sixth board.When compared with the single effect distillation,the normal-decompress distillation showed 6.01 t/h of steam-saving volume with energy-saving 35%.
