氢气和氧气介质阻挡放电合成过氧化氢的研究
Synthesis of hydrogen peroxide via hydrogen-oxygen plasma under dielectric barrier discharge
【摘要】 利用常压介质阻挡放电,在管式等离子体反应器中将氢氧混合气体直接转化合成H2O2。系统地考察了放电电极材质、放电电极直径、氢气和氧气进料总气速和氧气浓度等参数对H2O2生成的影响。在最优的实验条件下,氧的转化率和H2O2的选择性分别为34.42%和37.94%。并结合实验结果讨论了H2O2的生成机理。
【Abstract】 Hydrogen peroxide was successfully synthesized from hydrogen-oxygen plasma by atmospheric dielectric barrier discharge with tubular reactor.Effects of different experimental parameters,such as diameters and material of discharge wire,total rate of H2-O2 feed,oxygen concentration on the generation of H2O2 have been systematically studied.At optimum conditions,the conversion of O2 and the selectivity of H2O2 are 34.42% and 37.94%,respectively.On the basis of experiments,the mechanism of H2O2 synthesis under hydrogen-oxygen plasma was discussed.
