偶联剂对NdFeB磁粉性能的影响
Effects of coupling agents on properties of NdFeB magnetic particles
【摘要】 用热氧化法、差示扫描量热法和热重分析法研究了偶联剂种类和用量对NdFeB磁粉抗氧化性能和磁性能的影响。实验结果表明在偶联剂用量相同的情况下,钛酸酯偶联剂对NdFeB磁粉抗氧化性能的影响更大;NdFeB磁粉的抗氧化性能与偶联剂的用量有关,其最佳用量为磁粉质量的1.0%。
【Abstract】 The influences of variety and quantity of coupling agents on anti-oxidation property and magnetic property of NdFeB magnetic particles have been studied by thermo-oxidation,differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) and thermogravimetric analysis(TG).The results indicated that effects of titanate coupling agents on the anti-oxidation property of NdFeB magnetic particles were better than those of silane coupling agent under the same conditions.The anti-oxidation property of NdFeB magnetic particles,which had relationship with quantity of coupling agents,was the highest when 1wt% of coupling agents used.
