药物控制释放中的自组装聚合物微粒研究进展
Self-assembly polymers in drug delivery system
【摘要】 介绍了两亲型嵌段共聚物、憎水链上接枝亲水链的接枝共聚物及聚电解质自组装的AB嵌段共聚物的结构、制备、作用机理及其在药物控制释放方面的应用,指出具有特殊结构、溶液中可自组装成相应形貌的高分子乳胶微球在此领域显示出巨大的优越性。
【Abstract】 The structure,preparation and the action mechanism of amphiphilic block copolymers,graft copolymers and AB-typed block copolymers by polyelectrolyte self-assmbly and their application in drug delivery system are introduced in this paper.It is pointed out that the polymers particles with photo or electric performance,which can be self-assembled into definite morphology in solutions display great superiorities in this field.
