催化湿式氧化高浓度十二烷基苯磺酸钠废水催化剂的研究
Study on catalyst of catalytic wet oxidation of high-concentration sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate wastewater
【摘要】 以过渡金属氧化物CuO为主活性组分通过对Co3O4的复合和掺入电子助剂CeO2的考察,研制出适用于催化湿式氧化处理高浓度十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)废水的复合催化剂。考察了各组分浸渍液浓度、焙烧温度和焙烧时间等制备条件对催化剂的催化活性和稳定性的影响,确定了最佳制备条件。结果表明制备的催化剂在合适的条件使CODCr去除率达到88.4%。
【Abstract】 A kind of composite catalyst containing CuO as the main activating component,Co3O4 as the second activating component and CeO2 as electronic promoter was prepared.It was applied to treat high-concentration sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate(SDBS) wastewater with the catalytic wet air oxidation technology.The influences of concentration of soaked liquid of every component,the roasting time and roasting temperature were studied,and the optimal preparation conditions have been determined.The results showed that the prepared catalyst was able to make the CODCr removal rate reach 88.4% under the optimal conditions.
