赖氨酸化甲胺磷的合成与鉴定
Synthesis and identification of O,S-dimethylphosphoryl lysine
【摘要】 甲胺磷是一种高效剧毒有机磷农药,为了建立其免疫快速分析方法,合成赖氨酸化甲胺磷中间体是制备高质量甲胺磷人工抗原、抗甲胺磷抗体的前提。用O,S-二甲基硫代磷酰氯与赖氨酸直接反应,通过元素分析、红外光谱和质谱方法对赖氨酸化甲胺磷进行鉴定。
【Abstract】 Methamidophos(O,S-dimethylphosphor-amidothiolate,Met) is an efficient and virulent organophosphorus pesticide.In order to establish immunoassay methods of Met residue,firstly it is necessary to synthesize O,S-dimethylphosphoryl lysine for preparing artificial antigen and obtaining high titer and specific antibodies of anti-Met.In this paper O,S-dimethylphosphor chlorothiolate and lysine was used to synthesize O,S-dimethylphosphoryl lysine,and the product was identified by IR spectrum,element analysis and mass spectrum.
