【摘要】 在3G网络中提供内容计费的功能是电信业务进一步发展的趋势。分别从狭义和广义的角度给出了内容计费的定义,并对数据流分析、资源计费、实时计费和共享账户计费四个领域的关键技术进行了研究,对各自的实现方案提出了建议。最后根据上述研究结果提出了内容计费的整体网络架构。更多还原

【Abstract】 A trend of telecommunication services is providing content-based billing in 3G network. This paper firstly defined contentbased billing from both narrow and broad sense. Then it analyses the four key techniques of this field, which are data stream analysis, resource billing, real -time billing and share billing, and respectively suggests implement schemes.
