【摘要】 随着电力改革的深入,各发电集团之间的竞争日益激烈。如何改变以往的管理模式,对下属各电厂进行有效节煤降耗,已成为各发电集团公司共同面对的难题。针对各发电企业的这一共性问题,经过研究,提出了一系列的计算方法和管理办法。对于煤耗管理着重从运行管理和燃料管理两方面进行了深入地分析,并以一个拥有4台300MW机组,总装机容量为1 200MW的实际电厂为例进行计算,得出了其运行节煤潜力和燃料管理节煤潜力,实践证明该方法是切实可行的。该研究方法对于各发电集团节煤降耗,加强对下属发电厂的节能管理具有重要的现实意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 The competition among the five power group corporations is increasingly severe with the process of the power industry restructuring,so how to change the traditional management pattern and reduce the coal consumption of every power plants currently belonging to each group has become the common problem which must be faced by each power group corporation.In the paper a series of calculation method and management way aimed to this problem was introduced in detail,the two aspects of the coal consumption management,fuel management and operation management,were analysed,and an example was given.The research method is significative for each power group corporation to administrate coal consumption.更多还原
