【Abstract】 From the view of optimizing logistics transportation for business process reengineering in implementing ERP,a theoretical model for optimizing logistics net based on Petri net is presented. Having analyzed the structure of the fictitious logistics transportation,and decided its corresponding places,transitions and properties,a Petri network model and a mathematical programming is presented.
