喷油泵怠速提前柱塞偶件设计方法探讨
Study on Design of Idle Advance Pumping Element in Diesel Fuel Injection Pump
【摘要】 以喷油泵柱塞偶件怠速与停油位置及其尺寸与形位公差为例,通过作图法与计算法的比较与分析,研究怠速提前柱塞偶件开发过程中的基本方法、思路和必需加以注意的问题。研究表明,在产品名义值的设计方面,作图法与计算法两种方法可以取得较为一致的效果,但计算法更适合于产品尺寸、形位公差系统的进一步精确计算与分析。
【Abstract】 With the example of dimension,shape and position tolerance for both idle and fuel cease position in fuel injection pump,by comparing and analyzing the design approaches such as theoretical calculation and CAD drawing,this paper introduces the basic design method and some important points in developing the idle advance pumping element.Results show that both theoretical calculation and CAD drawing methods can obtain the same nominal dimension value,however the theoretical calculation method is more suitable for the further accrete verification and analysis of the dimension,shape and position tolerance.
