【Abstract】 The paper begins with the definition of the boundary of Huai-Hai Economic Zone, which is followed by the analyses of the impor- tant role of the zone in Chinese economy and the existing problems.On the basis of the above, the paper explores the possibility and conditions to construct Xuzhou metropolitan area and Huai-Hai province.In the last section of the paper,several countermeasures to accelerate the development of the zone are given.更多还原
