【摘要】 目的:探讨外伤性动静脉瘘的外科治疗。方法:回顾性分析我院2000年来收治的21例动静脉瘘患者的病理类型、影像特点、治疗方法,总结其疗效特点。结果:随访6个月~5年,平均1年11个月。20例未见肢体供血不足与复发表现,但其中6例远侧肢体肿胀,经迈之灵和驱动袜治疗后,4例1年内完全消退,2例1年内部分消退。1例股动静脉瘘行四头结扎后,因肢体坏死而截肢。结论:手术治疗外伤性动静脉瘘可取得临床满意疗效,但四头结扎术仅适用于前臂与小腿以远分支血管有两套动静脉系统、回流静脉较多的部位。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the surgery treatment of traumatic arteriovenous fistulas. Methods: The type, imaging features and treatment of arteriovenous fistulas were reviewed in 21 patients. Results:During a following - up of 6 months to 5 years , 20 patients were cured and ampultation was carried out in 1 patients with 4 end ligation. Conclusion:The satisfactory results could be obtained with correct treatment . 4 -end ligation might be suit for forearm and leg with two AV system.更多还原
