【摘要】 目的:关注脊髓损伤后并处理好并发症状,是改善伤残患者生命生活质量的前提。顺利进入康复训练的保证。方法:1、加强医护的责任,提高诊疗质量,预防在先。2、及时及早发现,处理措施及时合理,手段方法前沿。3、注意每个伤残个体的普遍性与特殊性,以调整每个人的综合素质为目标制定康复训练计划。结果:在脊髓损伤患者中并发症较多见的有14类,经过不同时间分别获得了改善,缓解和控制。结论:并发症状是脊髓伤后影响生活质量的最大问题,科学的预防,有效的处置,是保证患者顺利康复的前提。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: Paying attention to well-handling the complications after the spinal cord injury, is not only the premise of improving life quantity of sufferer, but also the assurance of joining into the rehabilitation training smoothly. Method: 1. Strengthen responsibility of doctor and nurse and improve the diagnosis and treatment quality prevention is first. 2. Discover the injury in time and early take reasonable measure as soon as possible and adopt advanced device and methods. 3. Notice the catholicity and specials of the each wounded and disabled individual and make rehabilitation training plans in order to adjust and lifts everybody’s comprehensive character. Result: Among the complications, there are 14 kinds which spinal cord injury sufferer more frequently and they are improved, alleviated and controlled at respective time.
