【Abstract】 In the present paper,the authors,in the light of Yin-Yang theory of Chinese medicine,analyze the pathogenesis of apoplectic spastic-paralysis from a) imbalance between yin and yang,b) impairment of yang-qi,c) malnutrition of muscles and tendons,and d) deficiency in origin and excess in superficiality.In view of the abovementioned analysis,the principles for selecting acupoints are 1) yin-yang balancing method by selecting acupoints on the healthy side of the body as the main acupoints in combination with those on the affected side,and taking acupoints of the yin meridians as the main acupoints in combination with those of yang meridians,which includes a) scalppoints for regulating yin and yang,b) opposing needling for regulating yin and yang,c) paired needling for modulating yin and yang,d) penetrative needling for modulating yin and yang,and e) motor-tension-regulating needling for balancing yin and yang;2) musculotendon needling,3) yang-warming and-reinforcing needling.In the coming days,more clinical studies on acupuncture treatment of apoplexy by using international standards should be conducted further so as to raise the therapeutic effect and improve the patient’s life quality.更多还原
