【摘要】 关于特发性面神经麻痹急性期患者是否可以行电针治疗的争议长期存在。本文通过综述近期临床以电针治疗急性期特发性面神经麻痹的疗效,说明了其早期介入治疗的可行性。动物实验研究结果为运用电针治疗急性期特发性面神经麻痹提供了科学依据。故认为在正确选择刺激参数的前提下,急性期电针治疗本病是可行的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Currently,the application of acupuncture therapy for acute facial palsy still has some arguments.In the present paper,the authors make some comments on the applicability of electroacupuncture(EA) therapy for early treatment of idiopathic facial palsy during acute stage from 1) results of clinical random controlled studies,2) results of animal studies,and 3) the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine.The authors conclude that electroacupuncture therapy is adoptable for idiopathic facial palsy during acute stage under the premise of proper choice of stimulating parameters.更多还原
