【Abstract】 This paper proposes that the perspective of division of labour can remedy the bug lying in present financial theory.Rural financial development is one of profiles of division of labour in rural economy.The two ones decide one another and take on mutual cause and effect,which all be decided by institutional structures such as property rights.Apparently,Transaction efficiency will increase and division of labour in rural substantial economy and rural finance accordingly will deepen because of effective clarification and protection of property rights.Moreover,rural substantial economy will benefit from higher level of division of labour in rural finance.更多还原
