纳米超强酸SO42-/TiO2催化合成苹果酯-A
Study on Catalytic Synthesis of Fructone-Aby Nanosolid Superacid SO42-/TiO2
【摘要】 以纳米超强酸SO42-/TiO2为催化剂,通过乙酰乙酸乙酯和乙二醇反应合成了苹果酯,研究了各有关因素对产品收率的影响.实验表明,纳米超强酸SO42-/TiO2是合成苹果酯的良好催化剂,在酯醇物质的量比为1∶2.0,催化剂用量为2.0 g,反应时间1.5 h的条件下,苹果酯的收率可达93.2%.
【Abstract】 Fructone was synthesized from ethyl acetoacetate and ethanediol using Nanosolid Superacid SO42-/TiO2 as catalyst.The factors influencing the synthesis were discussed and the best conditions were found out.The optimum conditions are: molar ratio of ethyl acetoacetate to ethanediol was 1:2.0,the amount of catalyst was 2.0 g,the reaction time was 1.5 h.Nanosolid Superacid SO42-/TiO2 was a good catalyst for synthesizing fructone and its yield can reach up to over 93.2%.
