【摘要】 本研究以教师职业倦怠问卷(MBI)和教师工作满意量表为测量工具,以北京市411名中小学教师作为被试,对教师职业倦怠的强度和影响因素及其与工作满意的关系进行了考察。结果表明与其他国家的教师相比,中国教师没有报告高水平的职业倦怠,他们的情绪耗竭水平更低。教师的职业倦怠水平不受性别、所在学校、地区以及是否教毕业班的影响。年轻教师比更大年龄教师体验更大程度的性格解体,以及更低的个人成就感。教龄长的教师比教龄短的教师有更多的个人成就感。学历高的教师比学历低的教师有更多的个人成就感。另外,结果表明工作环境因素如工作强度、领导关系和同事关系对职业倦怠的影响较大,工资收入对职业倦怠的影响较小,个人因素如自我实现对职业倦怠也有一定的影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 The purpose of the study is to know the strength of teacher burnout?the influence factor of teachers’ burnout and the relationship between teachers’ burnout and job satisfaction. The study investigated 411 primary and middle school teachers in Beijing,with the MBI (Maslach Burnout Inventory) and TJSS(Teachers Job Satisfaction Scale). The results showed: comparing to other countries’ teachers, the teachers in China Beijing have no higher burnout, but their emotion burnout level was lower; The factors such as gender?school which the teachers served?area to which the school belong and whether he or she was finish school teacher didn’t influence the level of teachers’ burnout. The younger teacher was , the more personality split and the lower personal achievement he or she was felt. The longer teaching age and studying age, the more personal achievement he would experience. In addition, the study also indicated the job environment factors such as labor intensity?the relationship between the teacher and leaders or and other teachers had more influence on the burnout, teacher’s salary had little influence on it, and personal factors such as self-fulfillment had some degree influence too.更多还原
