【摘要】 目的建立一种简便、快速测定片剂中盐酸奥扎格雷含量的反相高效液相色谱分析方法。方法采用Diamonsil C18(200 mm×4．6 mm,5μm)色谱柱,甲醇-1％HAc(10:90)为流动相,流速为1 mL·min-1,在274 nm波长处进行检测。结果辅料对测定无干扰,线性范围为10~200 mg·L-1(r=0．999 8);样品的平均回收率为99．4％～100．1％,RSD为0．7％～0．9％。结论方法简单、准确,可用于盐酸奥扎格雷片剂的含量测定。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To develop a RP-HPLC method for the determination of ozagrel hydrochloride content in Ozagrel Hydrochloride Tablets. Methods Ozagrel hydrochloride was separated by using a column of Diamonsil C18 (200 mm×4. 6 mm,5μm) and a mobile phase of methanol-1% acetic acid (10 : 90) at a flow rate of 1 mL·min-1 with UV detector wavelength set at 274 nm. Results Ozagrel hydrochloride can be well seperated from other components, with the linear range of 10~200 mg·L-1. The mean recovery of ozagrel hydrochloride was 99. 4%~ 100. 1% ,RSD was 0. 6% ~0. 9%. Conclusion This method is simple,accurate and can be used to control the quality of Ozagrel Hydrochloride Tablets.更多还原
