尖锐湿疣患者荧光定量PCR检测结果分析

【摘要】 目的探讨尖锐湿疣患者疣体中人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)分型、基因含量及其意义。方法采用荧光定量PCR技术(FQ-PCR)检测尖锐湿疣患者疣体中HPV-DNA含量及其型别。结果169例尖锐湿疣患者经FQ-PCR检测后168例(99.41%)阳性,其中HPV6/11型阳性150例(88.76%),平均1.2×107拷贝/ml;HPV16/18型阳性13例(7.69%),平均2.3×106拷贝/ml;HPV6/11和HPV16/18型同时阳性5例(2.96%),平均1.0×107拷贝/ml;4型均阴性1例(0.59%),定量为0×10拷贝/ml。结论HPV6/11型是尖锐湿疣发病的主要型别,尖锐湿疣患者疣体中HPV-DNA含量与其是否复发无明显关系,FQ-PCR可作为尖锐湿疣早期诊断的指标。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the types and DNA contents of human papillomavirus(HPV) from the skin lesions of the patients with condyloma acuminata(CA) and its significance.Methods The fixed quantity of DNA and the types of HPV was detected by fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction(FQ-PCR).Results The 168 cases(99.41%) were confirmed to be HPV-DNA positive in the 169 patients with CA by FQ-PCR.Among the 168 positive cases,150 cases(88.76%) were HPV6/11 positive,the mean copy being 1.2×10~7/ml;13 cases(7.69%) were HPV16/18 positive,the mean copy being 2.3×10~6/ml;5 cases(2.96%) were HPV6/11 and HPV16/18 positive,the mean copy being 1.0×10~7/ml;1 cases(0.59%) were negative in the four HPV types,the fixed quantity being 0×10/ml.Conclusion HPV6/11 are the main types causing CA.There is no significant relation between recurrence of CA and HPV-DNA contents.FQ-PCR can be taken as an index in early CA diagnosis.
