青藏高原高山植物东俄洛风毛菊和川西风毛菊的核型研究
The karyotypes of S.pachyneura and S.dzeurensis in Qinghai-Tibet Plateau
【摘要】 报道了产于中国青藏高原的东俄洛风毛菊(Saussurea pachyneura)和川西风毛菊(Saussurea dzeurensis)的染色体数目和核型.研究结果表明,东俄洛风毛菊2n=32,川西风毛菊2n=26,均为二倍体.核型公式为:东俄洛风毛菊2n=2x=32=30m+2sm,属2B型,川西风毛菊2n=2x=26=18m+6sm+2st,属2B型;2个种的染色体中均未发现随体.
【Abstract】 The chromsome numbers and the karyotypes of S.pachyneura and S.dzeurensis from Qinghai-Tibet Plateau of China are studied.The result showes that the chromosome numbers are:S.pachyneura,2n=32,S.dzeurensis,2n=26,they are all diploid.The karyotype formulae are as follows:S.pachyneura,2n=2x=32=30m+2sm,karyotype belongs to 2B type;S.dzeurensis,2n=2x=26=18m+6sm+2st,karyotype belongs to 2B type.No satellites are found in these 2 species.
