微波消解光度法测定高岭土中的铁含量

【摘要】 采用微波消解技术对高岭土样品进行快速消解,并采用邻二氮菲光度法测定其Fe2O3的含量。微波消解条件为消解液10mL,消解压力1.0MPa和3.0MPa,消解时间分别为1min和7min,共计8min。实验结果表明,两种高岭土标准样品(GBW03121和GBW03122)的测定结果与标准值相符,3种实际样品的测定结果也与传统方法一致,具有简便、快速、准确、节能等优点,可用于生产控制分析。

【Abstract】 A rapid microwave digestion method for the determination of Fe2O3 in kaoline by spectrophotometry was studied. The conditions of microwave digestion were chosen. The digestion solution was 10 mL, the digestion pressure was 1.0 MPa and 3.0 MPa, the digestion time was 1 min and 7 min (total 8 min). The result of kaoline standard sample (GBW03121 and GBW03122) was in agreement with the standard value. The determination results of three kaoline samples were also in agreement with conventional method. The proposed method is simple, rapid, accurate, and energy saving. It can substitute for the conventional method in the analysis of production control.
