【摘要】 检测了4批自制禽脑脊髓炎冻干活疫苗的安全性和最小免疫剂量,并对疫苗进行了病毒含量测定和攻毒保护试验。结果表明,鸡接种疫苗后精神、食欲及发育均正常,疫苗安全性良好;接种病毒剂量为500 E ID50时,可使免疫鸡产生可靠的免疫力,抵抗AEV VR株强毒的攻击,降低鸡群发病率,所以该疫苗的最小免疫剂量≤500 E ID50/羽。4批疫苗病毒含量均大于103.5E ID50/羽份,攻毒后保护率均在87.5%以上。更多还原

【Abstract】 Four lots of Avian Encephalomyelitis live vaccines made by ourselves were chosen and estimated in safety,minimum immune dose and immune potency.The results demonstrated that the inoculated chickens showed no sign of other discomforts,and their spirit,appetite and development were the same as those in controls in the period of 4 weeks post inoculation.The results showed that the immune dose of 500 EID₅₀ could induce solid immunity,effectively protect chicken against the challenge of the virulent virus AEV AR,and the minimum dose of the vaccine was ≤500 EID₅₀.The virus content of each lot was above 10^3.5 EID₅₀ per bird dose,3-4-week old chickens inoculated orally with graded dose were challenged after 3 weeks post inoculation,and the protection rate was more than 87.5%.更多还原
