水蒸汽蒸馏法提取丹皮酚工艺的研究

【摘要】 通过L16(45)正交试验设计,研究了丹皮粉粒径(A)、浸润时间(B)、氯化钠用量(C)和馏出物量(D)对丹皮酚提取量的影响。结果表明,影响丹皮酚提取量的主次因素为A>D>B>C;最佳工艺条件为丹皮粉粒径0.45mm,氯化钠用量60g/kg,浸润时间3h,收集馏出物量300mL。按筛选的最优工艺重复提取2次,结果表明,第1次蒸馏丹皮酚的平均提取量达23.72g/kg,第2次蒸馏丹皮酚的平均提取量为1.69g/kg,说明第1次蒸馏基本代表了样品内丹皮酚量。

【Abstract】 An orthogonal test table L_ 16 (4~5) was used to study the effect on the extraction quantity of paeonol of the factors of diameter of root grain,soakage time,dosage of sodium chloride and quantum of distillation.The results showed that the optimum technological condition was diameter 0.45 mm,time 3 h,sodium chloride 60 g/kg and 300 mL distil liquid of samples.When distilling two times by optimized technology,the results showed that average quantity of paeonol were 23.72 g/kg and 1.69 g/kg by vapor-distillation at the first time and the second time,indicating that it was basically representative content of paeonol in sample by vapor-distillation at the first time.
