不同形态氮素对水稻和旱稻响应水分胁迫的影响
Effect of different N forms on the response of paddy and upland rice plants to water stress
【摘要】 为比较不同氮素形态下水稻与早稻对水分胁迫的响应状况,采用营养液培养,通过供应不同形态氮素及PEG(6000)模拟水分胁迫的方法,对水稻、旱稻生长状况及相关指标进行了分析和评价。结果表明:(1)水分胁迫条件下,铵态氮营养水稻(或旱稻)叶片和地上部干重与正常水分条件下的相应处理相比无明显差异,而其余两种氮形态营养水稻与早稻的叶片和地上部干重明显低于正常水分条件下的相应处理;(2)铵态氮营养水稻(或旱稻) 在受到水分胁迫后,其吸水量的降低幅度明显小于硝态氮营养水稻(或旱稻);(3)水分胁迫条件下,硝态氮营养水稻和旱稻伤流液pH值低于正常水分条件下的相应处理,铵态氮和铵硝混合营养水稻和旱稻的伤流液pH值则均较正常水分条件下的相应处理有所升高。因此,可通过供应不同形态氮素调节水稻(或旱稻)对水分胁迫的适应性。
【Abstract】 In order to study different N forms on the response of paddy and upland rice plants to water stress,an experiment of simulated water stress by adding PEG (6000) and nutrient solution culture supplied with different nitrogen form was carried out. The results showed that: (1) there were no significant differences between the dry mass of leaf and shoot of paddy or upland rice plants supplied with ammonium under water stress and that of under non-water stress condition,while the dry mass of leaf and shoot of paddy or upland rice plants supplied with the other two N forms under water stress were lower than those of under non-water stress. (2) Under water stress,the reduction degree of amount of water absorption of both paddy and upland rice plants supplied with ammonium was lower than that of supplied with nitrate. (3) Under water stress,pH of xylem sap of both paddy and upland rice plants supplied with nitrate was lower than that of supplied with the same N form under non-water stress,while pH of xylem sap of both paddy and upland rice plants supplied with ammonium and the mixture of ammonium and nitrate was higher than that of supplied with the same N form under non-water stress. Therefore,it can adjust the ability of adaptation to water stress through supplying paddy rice or upland rice plants with different N forms.
