硫酸和PEG处理对多叶羽扇豆种子萌发和某些生理生化指标的影响
The Effect of Sulfuric Acid and PEG Treatments for Lupinus polyphyllus Seed Germination and Physiology and Biochemistry Index Changes
【摘要】 以多叶羽扇豆种子为试材,对其适宜萌发的条件进行了筛选,并对浓硫酸破除硬壳以及不同浓度的PEG处理后的某些生理生化指标进行了研究。结果表明,种子用浓硫酸处理后,再经20%PEG浸润在砂床。18~25℃变温和白天8 h光照的条件下培养效果最好。在种子萌发过程中,其外渗电导率和丙二醛(MDA)含量明显低于对照,发芽势、发芽率、活力指数以及过氧化物酶(POD)的活性显著高于对照,种子的贮藏蛋白、淀粉和可溶性糖的分解利用也明显快于对照,从而提高了种子的萌发和出苗率。
【Abstract】 The suitable germination condition of Lupinus polyphyllus seeds was chosen,and it was observed for seed germination and some physiology and biochemistry changes after sulfuric acid and various concentration PEG treatment.The result showed:seed soaked in 20% PEG after strong acid treatment,then cultured in sand with 18~25℃ alternating temperature and 8 hours light in day is the best.The electric conductivity and content of MDA were significant lower than those in the control seeds,the germination power,germination percentage,vigour index and the activity of POD were obviously higher than those in the control seeds during seed germination.The disassemble of storage protein, starch and soluble sugar were faster than those in the control seeds.The seed vigour of germinating and germination rate were increased.
