浅谈国储库项目建设中的资金管理
An Elementary Introduction to Fund Management in the Construction Project of State-owned Reserves
【摘要】 根据国家投资粮库建设和管理经验,重点介绍了国家储备粮库项目资金管理的基本情况,对做好国家储备粮库项目建设的资金管理工作以及资金管理中应当注意的问题进行了阐述。
【Abstract】 The paper described some concepts,principles and measures of fund management during the construction project of state-owned grain reserves.The authors described some general introduction on how to run the fund according to the related rules and regulations of our country with their several years’ of working and managing experiences on spot,some practical measures on how to manage funds for construction were also included in this paper.
