【Abstract】 This text summarizes Adam Smith’s several important standpoints about the highway economic theories,including choosing locations in building highway,highway scale,money raising,highway operation and road tolling etc.This text analyses the standard that should stick to after road tolling is incorporated into the central authority or the local authority.The text gets the conclusion that the government should establish the surveillance mechanism and pay attention to the development of the rural roads and the remote roads.The conclusion can also draw a good lesson for the implementation and practice of the highway economic theories in China.更多还原
