星状神经节阻滞对兔实验性心肌梗死的影响
Influences of stellate ganglion block on experimental myocardial Infarction in rabbits
【摘要】 目的观察SGB对兔实验性心肌梗死的影响。方法取日本大耳白兔24只,随机分为3组。A组行右侧SGB,B组行左侧SGB,C组为对照组。于阻滞后3组均开胸结扎冠状动脉左前降支后,不同时点抽取颈外静脉血测定心肌酶(CK、CK-MB、LDH)NO和SOD。之后将兔处死,在结扎动脉供血区切取心肌组织,在光镜和电镜下观察心肌细胞损伤程度。结果结扎后各组心电图,生化结果及病理变化成心肌梗死表现,各时点A、B组CK、CK-MB、LDH的升高显著低于C组(P <0.05),而NO和SOD的升高显著高于C组(P<0.05),光镜和电镜下实验组心肌梗死程度较轻。结论SGB对兔实验性心肌梗死具一定保护作用。
【Abstract】 Objective To research the different protective effects of SGB on experimental myocardial infarction. Methods Take 24 Japanese adult white flap - eared rabbits, divide the rabbits at random into three groups: the right SGB group A, the left SGB group B and the comparison group C. After completing the SGB operation,ligated the left anterior descending coronary artery under the first branch at the outset of the left coronary artery. Take a sample of blood from the external jugular vein of each group pre - ligation、post - ligation 1、2 and 4 hours. Measure the myocardium enzyme and the concentration of SOD and NO in the serum. Take the electroscopic specimen in blood area of the left coronary artery . Observe the damages of the cellular supra - microstructure under the electronic microscope. Observe the damages of the cellular structure under the optical microscope. Results All groups suffer from myocardial infarction after tying up the left anterior descending coronary artery. CK,CK - MB,LDH of group A and B is significantly lower than that of group C at different periods(p< 0. 05 ). SOD and NO of group A and B is significantly higher than that of group C(p <0.05). The observation under the optical microscope and the electronic microscope shows that the degree of the myocardial damages of group A and B is significantly lower than that of group C. Conclusion SGB plays a protective role in experimental myocardial infarction.
