【摘要】 目的探讨明尼苏达多相个性测验(MMPl)在临床中鉴别诊断意义的价值。方法以美国精神疾病诊断与统计手册分类为标准,按照DSM-Ⅳ-轴Ⅰ障碍定式临床检查病人版(SCID-I／P)为操作工具,对本院242例门诊和住院患者进行诊断分型,并进行MMPI测量。结果精神病性障碍、抑郁性障碍、焦虑性障碍、躯体形式障碍之间均有多量表的差异。精神分裂症与重性抑郁障碍及轻度抑郁障碍、强迫症均有多量表差异。精神分裂症与分裂样精神障碍、重性抑郁障碍与心境恶劣障碍之间MMPI各量表无明显差异。结论MMPI在鉴别常见精神疾病中可为临床医生提供一定的参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the significance of Minnnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory ( MMPI) in clinical diagnosis and identification of mental diseases. Methods According to the standard of DSM - IV, 242 patients were tested and diagnosed with Structured Clinical Interview for DSM - IV ( SCID - I/P) and MMPI. Results There were significant difference in clinical scales of MMPI among the patients with psychotic disorder, depressive disorder, anxious disorder and somatizalive disorder. The results showed that there was obvious difference between the patients with schizophrenia and major or minor depression, patients with schizophrenia and obsessive-compulsive disorder. While there was no significent difference between schizophrenia and schizophrenia-like psychosis, as well as major depression and dysthymia. Conclusion MMPI can be useful in clinical diagnosis and identification of mental diseases.更多还原
