烫伤喷雾剂质量标准的研究

【摘要】 目的研究烫伤喷雾剂的质量标准。方法用TLC对黄连、黄柏、冰片进行色谱鉴别。薄层扫描法测定小檗碱的含量,分光光度法测定总生物碱的含量。结果本品定性鉴别薄层色谱特征明显,易于区别;小檗碱含量测定线性范围为0.914~5.484μg,平均加样回收率为100.5%,RSD为1.41%;总生物碱含量测定线性范围为0.017~0.085mg/ml。结论本法可用于该制剂的质量控制。

【Abstract】 Objective To establish the method for the quality control of scald sprays.Methods Borneol,Rhi- zoma Coptidis and Cortex Phellodendri were identified by TLC.A TLC-Scanning method was used for the de- termination of Berberine.UV spectrophotometry was used for the determination of Alkaloid.Results The results showed that the characteristics for identification by TLC were distinct.Linear relationship of Berberine by TLC- Scanning method was found in the range of 0.914 to 5.48μg.The average recovery was 100.5%,and its RSD was 1.41%.Linear relationship of alkaloid by UV spectrophotometry method was found in the range of 0.017 to 0.085mg/ml.Conclusion The methods for identification and quantification were simple,realizable.
