高原缺氧环境成年男性精子的计算机辅助分析

【摘要】 目的:了解长期缺氧暴露对成年男性精子功能参数的影响。方法:以28名留驻海拔5 300 m 1~3年的健康成年男性青年为高原组,以生活在海拔1 300 m的31名同龄成年男性为对照组。常规收集精液标本,采用计算机辅助精液分析(CASA)系统对精子功能进行实时动态参数分析。结果:高原组的精子密度明显低于对照组(P<0.05),精子活率低于对照组但未见显著差异。高原组精子运动的轨迹速度(VCL)、直线速度(VSL)、角速度(VAP)和直线运动率(LIN)参数均存在明显下降的趋势(P<0.01)。结论:长期驻留高原缺氧环境对成年男性的精子功能有负面影响。

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the influence of long-term hypoxia exposure on the function of sperm of mature males.Methods:A total of 28 adult males stayed at altitude of 5 300 m for 1 to 3 years were recruited as high-altitude group and 31 age-matched young men living at altitude of 1 300 m were served as control group.Semen specimens were collected by routine method,and real-time semen analysis was performed by using computer-assisted semen analysis(CASA) system.Results:The sperm density in high-altitude group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).The ratio of living sperm in high-altitude group was lower than that in control group,without significant difference.There were obviously decreasing tendencies in curvilinear velocity(VCL),straight-line velocity(VSL),average path velocity(VAP) and linearity(LIN) compared with control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Long-term staying at hypoxia high altitude has multiple negative effects on sperm function of mature males.
