蒸发冷却空调最佳淋水密度的实验研究
Experiment study on optimal spraying consistency of evaporative cooling unit
【摘要】 分析了淋水密度对蒸发冷却空调冷却效率的影响.从节能的角度出发,对二级蒸发冷却空调机组进行了测试,得出了铝箔填料式直接蒸发冷却器和板式间接蒸发冷却器的最佳淋水密度分别在5 500~6 000kg/(m2.h)和15~20kg/(m.h)之间.在布水相对均匀的情况下,得出的最佳淋水密度具有普遍性.
【Abstract】 The relationship between spraying consistency and cooling efficiency was construed.The two stage evaporative cooling unit was tested for saving energy.It was concluded that the optimal spraying consistencies of direct evaporative cooling with aluminum foil packing and plate indirect evaporative cooling are 5 500~6 000kg/(m~2·h) and 15~20kg/(m·h).These optimal spraying consistencies are provided with universality.
