【摘要】 目的研究采用高效液相色谱法(带紫外检测器)测定面粉中过氧化苯甲酰(BPO)含量。方法采用C18柱,以甲醇-水(80∶20,体积比)为流动相,检测波长235 nm,用保留时间定性,峰面积定量,采用标准曲线法求样品中过氧化苯甲酰的含量。结果BPO在1~10μg/mL范围内具有良好的线性关系(r=0.999 6),检出限为1.511 ng/mL,方法的回收率为95.8%~101.8%,相对标准偏差为0.33%~1.40%。结论该方法准确、快捷,可用于面粉中过氧化苯甲酰的测定,结果满意。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aim To develop an HPLC method on ODS column for the determination of benzoyl peroxide(BPO) in wheat flour by UV detection.Methods The chromatographic separation was performed with a mobile phase of methyl alcohol-water(80∶20).The UV wavelength was 235nm.Retention time was used for the qualitation of benzoyl peroxide,and peak area for the quantitation.Results The linear range and coefficient of linear correlation was 1～10 μg/mL and 0.9996 respectively.The detection limit was 1.511 ng/mL.The recovery of the method was 95.8%～101%.And the RSD was 0.33%～1.40%.Conclusion The method was simple,accurate and easy to operate. The result was satisfied when it was applied for the determination of actual samples.更多还原
