【摘要】 目的针对中国旅游(区)控制性详细规划,提出旅游要素对土地使用的专项控制指标。方法参阅国内外旅游规划方面的文献和规划案例的基础上,结合山西省高都古城旅游区的旅游控规实践。结果提出了建立古城(镇)旅游区旅游要素控制指标体系,为我国古城镇旅游控规的发展起到抛砖引玉的作用。结论尝试性的构建了古城(镇)旅游区旅游控规技术规范指标体系。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aim To base the regulatory detailed planning of tourism districts in China mainly on "General Specification for Tourism Planning", while the selection and definition of its regulatory index system almost follows the one for urban planning,which cannot address all parts of the tourism equation and is not targeted at the specific regulatory indexes for land utilization.Methods Based on the review of national and international literature on tourism planning and relevant planning case studies,and in conjunction with the experience of the regulatory detailed planning of Gaodu historic town tourism district.Results Attempts to study the selection and application of tourism control elements in regulatory tourism detailed planning of historic town(district),and for the first time,proposes the formation of regulatory index system of tourism elements for tourism districts in historic town.Conclusion The technique normalization index system is establisheo in regulatory detailed planning of tourism district in historic town.更多还原
