【Abstract】 Aimed at the fuzziness in deciding the boundary of editors′ rights,the importance of editors′ rights is proposed.Considering the editor′s double identities of being an ordinary citizen and a professional worker,an editor does not only have his social rights provided by the Constitution and laws,but also has his professional rights authorized by periodical leaders to communicate with authors,to modify the manuscripts,and to decide whether the manuscript could be published or not.更多还原
