当前我国农民工法律素质状况的调查与分析
The Report on Law Quality of Our Country’s Agriculture Labourer Present Situation in New Ttime
【摘要】 本文依据《中国公民人文素质调查》数据库资料对我国农民工目前的法律素质状况从法律意识、法律常识、法律行为三个维度进行综合量化分析,以期对我国农民工的法律素质状况有所清晰的了解和认识,为提高新时期我国农民工的法律意识及民主权利提供有益参考。
【Abstract】 According to the database of Chinese Citizen Humanities Quality Investigation, the article investigated our country’s farmer at present legal quality condition from three dimensions such as consciousness, the legal general knowledge, the legal act for the comprehensive quantification analysis and the clear understanding to our country farmer’s legal quality condition. The report must provide the beneficial reference for raises the new time our country farmer’s legal consciousness and the democratic right.
