【Abstract】 This paper makes a comparative analysis on the quality storage and quantity storage,pointing out that the regional differences of human capital in China is great and consistent with local economic development.Meanwhile,the paper construct an index system to evaluate the factors affecting the regional differences of human capital,then,uses an analytic approach of main compositions to find that there are three factors involved which are incremental input,level of economic development,and system environment.更多还原
