【Abstract】 This paper presents a scheme about soft video terminal based on H.264 video coding standard,which is about the real-time video capturing,encoding,network transporting,decoding and displaying.This scheme optimizes the arithmetic of the video codec,chooses an appropriate packetization mode to transport the encoding video stream,which improves the efficiency of video codec and the reliability of video stream transporting.更多还原
