【摘要】 进一步完善体育“举国体制”,既要尊重体育自身的发展规律,还需对当前体育“举国体制”所处的社会环境进行理性、细致的分析。体育“举国体制”理论不完善是现今竞技体育管理界存在多种弊端的重要原因;社会转型期,政治、经济、文化等领域改革的深化对完善体育“举国体制”产生重大影响;利益主体多元化,全国性整合体育资源的难度加大,对体育“举国体制”的完善形成阻力;体育“举国体制”受益客体单一,同时存在人民群众日益增长的体育需要与体育“举国体制”条件下体育多元功能实现受阻的矛盾。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to improve centraliged national system,we should pay attention to not only the law of the development of sports itself,but also the rational and detail analysis of the social environment that current sports relies on.The author puts forward the following views.The imperfect theory of centraliged national system primarily causes the problems of the current sports management.The reforms of politics,economy and culture greatly impact the process of perfecting centraliged national System.The diversity of interest subjects results in the difficulty in combining chinese sports resources that curbs the process of perfecting China′s centraliged national system,centraliged national system benefits single objects.There exists the contradiction between the people’s growing needs of sports and the realization of multiple functions of centraliged national system.更多还原
