一种通用型模糊环境智能故障诊断系统的实现

【摘要】 描述了基于模糊环境智能模型和专家系统知识推理的,可通用于工业现场大型设备机组的故障诊断与维护系统的设计思想和实现方法。系统构造以主要功能模块协同工作的模糊规则为设计主线,在此基础上,通过对规则的进化与更新来提高与完善系统的整体性能。针对知识库维护相对不便的问题,结合工业现场故障诊断的特点,详细介绍了专家系统诊断平台的系统框架、知识表示、推理方法和主要实现技术。实践结果表明,该系统运行效果良好。

【Abstract】 A novel fault diagnosis system technically designed for large-scale industrial equipments is described,which employs the ideas of fuzzy ambient intelligence as the model of realization and expert knowledge-based inductive reasoning as its basement.The system configuration is based on the fuzzy rules of main functional modules in coordination working as the design streamline,on the basis of which,the system integration performances can be improved and perfected via the rule evolution and renewal.With an aim at the inconvenient problem of knowledge database maintenance and in combining with the features of industrial in-situ fault diagnosis,this paper introduces in details the system framework of expert system diagnostic platform,knowledge express method and reasoning method and main technologies to achieve them.The practical results indicate that this system is in normal operation with better results obtained.
