模切机施压机构的运动特性分析与优化设计
Motion Analysis and Optimum Design of the Dual-Elbow-Bar Mechanism of the Die-Cutting Machine
【摘要】 基于回路法对自动平压平模切机的双肘杆施压机构进行运动分析,利用梯度法进行数值求解,绘出双肘杆机构运动仿真曲线,并进行运动特性分析,建立优化数学模型,进行优化设计。优化结果表明:动平台自由行程由69.685 1 mm减少为63.436 0 mm,动平台水平方向最大偏移量由0.954 3 mm减少为0.774 7 mm,倾斜角度最大值由0.355 7°减小为0.300 0°。
【Abstract】 Motion analysis of the dual-elbow-bar of Auto Die-cutting machine was carried out on the basis of the loop method and the numerical solution was worked out by the gradient method.The simulating motion curve of the dual-elbow-bar mechanism was drawn and its motion characteristics were analyzed.The optimum mathematic model of the mechanism was built and optimum design was made out then.The optimum results show that the idle stroke of the moving platform is reduced from 69.685 1 mm to 63.436 0 mm;the maximum alignment,on the horizontal direction of the moving platform,is also decreased from 0.954 3 mm to 0.774 7 mm;and the maximal inclination angle is reduced from 0.355 7°to 0.300 0°.
