电力系统动态无功/电压优化控制的一种新算法
New Algorithm for Dynamic Optimal Reactive Power and Voltage Control
【摘要】 在动态无功/电压优化控制问题中,将不可导的控制变量动作次数约束条件和含有离散变量的功率平衡等式约束条件进行了可导化的等价转换.利用控制变量中的离散变量构造了二次罚函数并引入到原对偶内点法中,以实现离散变量在优化过程中的逐次归整,在此基础上,建立了完整的基于非线性内点法的动态无功/电压优化控制的数学模型.算例结果表明,该方法在动态无功/电压优化控制中的效率显著优于动态规划法和遗传算法,并且算法迭代次数不随网络规模增大而明显增大,同时该算法既适用于配电系统,也适用于输电系统.
【Abstract】 The equivalent differential convertions of the constraints on the times with non-differential control variables and the constraints on power equations with discrete variables for the dynamic optimal reactive power and voltage control are demonstrated,where the quadratic penalty function is formed with the discrete variable in the control variables and introduced into primal-dual interior point algorithm to realize the gradual discretization of discrete variables during the optimization procedure.Then a complete mathematical model of dynamic optimal reactive power and voltage control based on the nonlinear interior algorithm is established.The results show that this scheme outperforms dynamic programming and genetic algorithm,and the times of iteration do not increase with the expanded net scale.It is applicable to both transmission system and distribution system.
