皮肤组织传热过程的研究
Investigation to Heat Conduction Model in Skin Tissue
【摘要】 为了获得生物皮肤组织在不同条件下传热特性的数学模型及其传热规律,分别在一维直角坐标系和一维圆柱坐标系下,建立了稳态条件下基于皮肤组织单层结构和多层结构的传热数学模型.通过数值模拟,获得了不同皮肤组织结构模型下上臂皮肤组织内的稳态温度场和90℃高温热源作用15 s后皮肤组织内的温度分布,以及皮肤组织热损伤深度的变化、常热流作用下皮肤组织表面的温升曲线和表面绝热条件下皮肤组织内的稳态温升分布.研究结果表明,皮肤组织的多层传热数学模型更能真实地描述皮肤组织内的传热过程,因此值得在实际工作中推广应用.
【Abstract】 To obtain the mathematical description and the properties of biology skin tissue conduction under various heat condition,a single-layer model and a multi-layer model of skin conduction are established respectively in one-dimensional Cartesian and cylindrical coordinates.By means of numerical simulation in different heat conduction processes,the steady-state temperature field in upper arm skin tissue,the temperature distribution and the burn depth threshold after 15 s exposure to a heat source at 90 ℃,the surface temperature rising of skin subjected to a surface-applied constant heat flux,and the steady-state temperature elevation distribution under the thermal insulation,are obtained.The results show that the multi-layer model is more reasonable than the single-layer model.
